DAILY RATES ARE BASED UPON DOUBLE OCCUPANCY (TWO PERSONS IN ONE ROOM) WITH AN ADDITIONAL $20 PER NIGHT FOR EACH GUEST AFTER THAT. |
TWO NIGHT MINIMUM STAY APPLIES YEAR ROUND
ONE WEEK BOOKINGS PREFERRED IN JULY AND AUGUST.
THREE NIGHT MINIMUM STAY IN JUNE AND SEPTEMBER. |

Our Booking Policy
We strive to be as flexible as possible, so you may enjoy the wonders of Salt Spring Island throughout the year.
- Check in is 3:00 p.m.
- Check out time is 11:00 am. with some flexibility
- Cancellation and date changes are permitted up to 30 days prior to arrival.
- Deposit is forfeited if stay is cancelled within 30 days of arrival. (Eagleview Cottage will refund deposit minus $50 admin fee).
- Cancellations less than 24 hours before start of check- in time on the booked arrival date are subject to full charges.
Payment:
Cash, Cheque, VISA or Mastercard. There are no extra taxes! A 50% deposit is required at time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival. By booking the cottage with your credit card you agree that you are purchasing your accommodations in advance.
